PLANNED 9-1-1 AND PHONE OUTAGE

On Thursday, November 2nd at 11:00pm and until 4:00am, landline phone service along with internet service in Ida Grove, Battle Creek and Holstein will be interrupted due to planned upgrade by Frontier Communications.  This will also result in a complete outage of landline 9-1-1 service for all of Ida County.  Wireless 9-1-1 calls will still function normally.  Customers in Ida Grove can continue to call the Sheriff’s Office non-emergency number at 712-364-3146. 

During this time, if you need assistance please use a cellular phone to dial 9-1-1.
