On December 3, 2015 the Ida County Sheriff's Office arrested Tanner David Rosburg, 20 of Holstein, Iowa.  Mr. Rosburg was charged with public intoxication after deputies responded to a citizen complaint in Holstein.  Mr. Rosburg was transported to the Ida County jail where he was held overnight.
